IVF Costs
At LifeStart Fertility Center we understand that the infertility process can be both emotionally and physically challenging. In addition, the process has a financial burden. We encourage you to carefully understand your infertility coverage.
LifeStart Fertility Center offers single and multiple cycle IVF packages for patients who do not have insurance coverage for infertility treatment. With these packages, we hope to make the treatment costs more affordable and accessible to everyone. These packages only apply if you do not have infertility insurance coverage. We do not provide any itemized billing with these packages and packages cannot be submitted to a third party payer for reimbursement. We also offer single and multiple cycle egg freezing packages for patients without infertility insurance coverage.
Packages do not include:
- Medications
- Any pre-cycle or diagnostic testing for the male or female partner
- Pregnancy tests and post-cycle visits
- Items listed on attached forms as not included
- Other additional expenses may apply
